Mutuca River Lodge

Your home base deep in the Brazilian Amazon.

YOUR BASE CAMP

Built for days on the water.

Mutuca River Lodge is where the fishing day begins and ends. Set in the Brazilian Amazon, the lodge gives anglers a comfortable place to recharge between long days exploring rivers, creeks and lagoons in search of peacock bass.

This isn’t a polished city resort dropped into the jungle. It’s a fishing lodge designed around the experience that brought you here: early mornings, remote water, good meals, good company and another day of fishing waiting just outside.

Single, Double & Triple Cabins

Mutuca River Lodge offers eight private, climate-controlled cabins with a mix of single-, double- and triple-occupancy layouts, accommodating up to 14 guests.

Each cabin includes a private bathroom, hot water and reliable electricity, giving anglers a comfortable place to recharge after a full day on the river.

Guests also have access to Starlink Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected when needed while still enjoying the feeling of being deep in the Brazilian Amazon.

Dining & Gathering

Good Food. Cold Drinks. Fishing Stories.

The fishing may be why everyone comes to Mutuca, but some of the best moments happen after the boats return.

Meals give guests time to slow down, trade stories from the day and talk about the fish that got away—or the one that didn’t. It’s relaxed, communal and exactly the kind of evening you want after spending the day on an Amazon river. Meals are prepared at the lodge and served throughout your stay.

Tomorrow’s fishing stories usually start around tonight’s dinner table.

Fishing Access

The River Is the Reason You're Here

At Mutuca, the lodge isn't separate from the adventure—it puts you in position for it.

Mornings begin early as anglers head out with local guides to fish the surrounding waters. Depending on conditions, a day may take you through river channels, quiet creeks, lagoons, flooded timber and stretches of remote water in search of peacock bass.

Water levels and fishing conditions change throughout the season, which is part of what makes fishing the Amazon so different. The goal isn't to follow the exact same route every day. It's to go where the fishing gives you the best opportunity.
